CrossFit is the ultimate strength and conditioning program. Each class consists of a strength exercise and is followed by a conditioning workout. Each conditioning workout will vary in movements, duration, and focus. In a CrossFit Class you can expect to learn and perform skills in weightlifting, strongman, gymnastics, running, rowing, and more to help you broaden your circle of fitness. We want you to move well, run fast, and lift heavy.
Ready to BURN? Burn uses some of the best training methods to give you a great total body workout in just one hour! Each Class helps you build muscular strength and stamina, using High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT). We want you to burn fat, have fun, and build confidence one workout at a time. We create an inclusive space where people can feel comfortable and challenge themselves to become their best!
Do you want to be strong? In StrongFit, you will perform muscle building exercises and follow a program that progressively gets heavier as your strength increases. Coaches will be there to make sure you are performing the movements correctly, staying safe, and getting strong. New to strength training? Don’t worry, our coaches are excellent at explaining the movements and helping athletes of all levels achieve great results!
Do you want pull-ups? Handstand Walks? Come try our Gymnastics Class! Our Certified Coaches take you through a variety of progressions, weighted and strict practice, and other techniques to dial-in your bodyweight movements. Our goal is to improve not only skill, but also gymnastic work capacity and muscular endurance for movements commonly seen in CrossFit.
Our CrossFit Kids program teaches physical development through games and age-appropriate “workouts.” Most importantly, we’re all about having FUN! Think of it like the gym class you wish you had growing up! In a class, our trained coaches use games, obstacle courses, relay races, and other engaging physical activities to build strength, endurance, and confidence.
For those that are looking to get the most out of their workouts, Personal Training is a great option. Scheduling Personal Training sessions with our expert coaches will allow you to receive a specifically tailored program to help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to improve your Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics skills, burn more fat or prepare for a competition, Personal Training will help you reach your goals in the shortest amount of time.
