For both camps each day will require an hour of character development, an hour of sport specific training, and one hour of team building games.
The sports training will include agility, strength, power, speed, and obstacles. Lastly, we will have one hour of our camp dedicated to a fun game that integrates that days character development component. These mechanisms of accountability will develop leadership skills in all ages. Each day we will have a point card, where their parents will sign off on it’s completion.
The younger age group will have digressions for the sports training, which will expose them to different components of athleticism. For the younger kids, we specifically want them to learn how to have fun without technology. The gift of learning and fitness through pick-up games will get them active, having fun, and playing with their peers. They will be forced into uncomfortable situations, which in turn will allow them to adapt and teach themselves and each other social rules. All of this in a fun and safe environment
